Each room is designed to provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with its own private entrance, king-sized bed, queen pull-out couch, bathroom, and fully equipped kitchen. The first three levels of the building consist of four studio-style rooms. On the 4th level of our building is a complete 360° view of the beautiful Helen, Georgia. It offers relaxation and places to enjoy food and beverage. Our deck has tables and chairs that overlook every angle of the center of Helen. Beautiful Adirondack chairs overlooking every direction. We offer several rocking chairs all around to take in the breathtaking views this beautiful German Bavarian town has to offer. The space You can find the perfect home away from home in this beautiful studio located on the first floor of the building. It has all the necessary amenities, such as a king bed, a queen pull-out sofa, a bathroom, a full kitchen, a dining area, television, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. The studio is perfect when traveling for business or pleasure who want to have their own personal space with the convenience of modern comforts. Whether you need to work remotely or just relax and take in your new surroundings, this studio is sure to meet your needs. Our building is located in the center of Helen, Ga. Making it easy to leave your car parked during your stay and getting around town with ease. Located in the middle of Helen, it is an easy walk to the river, tubing, and the Helen Festhalle. Shops and restaurants are all in walking distance. It has no elevator, only stairs, but all guests are welcome to use the 4th floor roof deck. This deck provides a great view of the city and is a great spot to take in some fresh air or even watch the sunset. Guests staying at The Regensburg can access this space any time they like, but they should be aware that due to its elevation, it is not wheelchair accessible. Other things to note • As much as we love to accommodate pets, however, pets are not allowed on the property; only service animals are permitted. • All studios are supplied with essentials for the first night and first morning to allow you time to shop for any needed essentials in one of the many locations throughout Helen. We offer a QR code located on the fridge with a direct link to the Helen City Welcome Center Guide. Here you will find any additional places to stop and visit during your stay. • City-wide quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 9 a.m. Please be considerate while always using the roof deck and within the halls, but especially between those hours. The house rule for quite hours is from 11pm to 8am within the building. We ask that you please do your part and be mindful of others staying. • We will attempt to accommodate any suite changes based on availability, time between your request and check-in, and use of the suite and its furnishings. We will not be able to accommodate any changes if cleaning of the room is required. We can only make changes to suites within this property. ***If there are any special requests that you might have prior to arrival, please reach out. We would love to help you celebrate a special occasion. Flowers, Balloons, Beverage, or something we can easily access. Please note that these items will be an additional cost. Parking Due to the limited parking, we are only able to offer one parking permit per reservation. There are four parking spots directly in front of the building. The rest of our designated guest parking lot is located across the street from the front of the building. It is a blocked off gravel lot with our dumpster for Regensburg use only. There are signs that mark our lot. ATTENTION DO NOT PARK IN THE GRAVEL LOT RIGHT BESIDE OUR BUILDING. THIS BELONGS TO THE HORSE AND CARRIAGE COMPANY. ONLY PARK IN THE REGENSBURG MARKED SPACES. There are paved black top free city parking spots all around, but those are first come first serve.
