There is a cow who loves people named "Tiny Dancer" and loves her back scratched. You have access to nature trails, creeks and forests. It is a working ranch, so if you open a gate, make sure to close the gate! Other things to note We are helicopter and plane, friendly. Takeoff and land from the property. This home has a mini split heater/AC and is so quiet, you don't even know it is running. The result is a super quiet, restful sleep! Pets are welcome. We have dog bowls. If you want to bring your horses, let us know and for an additional $30 per horse/per day. - they can come too! You provide your own feed and shavings. You have access to the entire 240 acres, pond, riding arena and stalls. Plenty of room for horse trailers. Bowie’s centralized location offers immediate access to both US highways 287 and 81, which offer connections to Interstate highways 35 and 41. We’re also home to Montague County’s only airport, Bowie Municipal Airport, which offers a 3,600-foot runway and 24/7 emergency hangar space.
