The space Comfort Pines sleeps up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms. The Primary Suite is on the main level with a King bed and its own bathroom. Bedroom 2 is on the main level with a Queen bed. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are both upstairs each with a Queen bed. Bathroom 1 is the ensuite in the primary on main level, there is a half bathroom on the main level and a full bathroom upstairs. The laundry is located in a closet in Bedroom 2. Amenities: Free access to Pinebrook Lake, Hot Tub, WiFi, 4 TVs, DVD Player, Foosball, Billiards, Ping Pong, Horseshoes, Games, Corn Hole, Air Conditioning, Forced Air Heat, Gas Log Stove, Mini-Splits in each room, Gas BBQ (propane provided), Fully Equipped Kitchen, Washer, Dryer. Linens and Towels Provided. Max 8 Guests, No Pets, No Smoking, No Check In on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or Easter Sunday. Other things to note Boasting 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms on 2 levels, it comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. The spacious living area features a gas log stove, ideal for cozy evenings spent together, while the fully-equipped kitchen beckons to the chef in the family.
