Long Pond Camp; Large Private Dock; Walk 2 Village

NEWLY LISTED** Fantastic central location on Long Pond, just steps away from the Village of Belgrade, with large private dock--BEST SUNSETS! Camp is located at “The Village Camps”, a private waterfront community with 7 privately owned rustic camps built in 1940s. Each camp has its own private dock, and we share a lakeside outdoor stone fireplace (great place to roast marshmallows), small grassy picnic area next to the dam (great fishing) and shallow wooden dock area. Use of 2 kayaks included. The space Use of the entire cabin, please see photos. About our private dock: Enjoy use of our sunset facing larger private dock with swim ladder, 4 heavy Adirondack chairs and space to tie up your own motor boat (up to 20 feet) or other water toys. We also have our own dedicated mooring that is a short swim from the end of the dock, to tie your boat up at night, or times you will be away. From our dock you can easily kayak, canoe or boat to the new marina located at the back of Day's Country Store. Our camp comes with the use of 2 kayaks and 6 beach towels. About our camp: It is a cabin, homey, lake-vibe, clean and enjoys more modern amenities than some of the other "camps" in the area. The camp enjoys a fully equipped larger kitchen, its own drinkable well water, new dishwasher and refrigerator, washer/dryer in the mud room/entry, a split for cool air downstairs, portable AC in both bedrooms, and central heat. Both bedrooms are upstairs. The lake facing smaller bedroom has one queen bed, a small work desk, and closet (this used to be a screened in porch). The larger bedroom has two separate twin bunk beds in addition to a queen bed, with a very large closet. The one bathroom in the cabin is upstairs and has a shared tub/shower. Step outside onto the camp's large wooden deck with a gas BBQ and two picnic tables, and additional seating for larger meals overlooking the lake. Bed and bath linens are here for your use during your stay. TV is a WiFi based app TV. Just sign into any of your streaming services (YouTubeTV, Netflix, MAX, Disney etc.) to access there is no basic cable. Guest access The cabin has a maximum of 2 cars parking (tandem outdoor parking in a shared gravel driveway directly across from the entry to cabin-please park parallel on the side that is closest to the stand-alone garage’s wall that faces the road). Other things to note Some basics are provided to get you started, soap, dishwasher pods, napkins and paper towels. Day’s Store is an easy place for you to purchase more if needed during your stay. No pets. If you want total privacy and seclusion this is not the spot for you, this wonderful location is just steps to town and in a shared community (our favorite things about this spot). The camp is a camp, and comes with that character.
