Home equipped with noise and occupancy sensors which send notifications to hosts in case of unacceptable noise level. Please be respectful of our neighbors. Early check-ins and late check-outs have an extra fee of $50/hour and are subject to availability and approval. Small pets are allowed. We charge $150/pet for their stay. 2 pets max per reservation.
