Welcome to Longview! Just 20 minutes from Asheville, this cozy ridge top spot offers amazing sunsets and wide open mountain views. Inside, enjoy lots of natural light and high ceilings. Start your day with breakfast on the large deck, fully equipped with a dining area and grill. The living room has a soft couch and TV. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals. There is also a small fire pit on the lower patio for cozy nights. A new HVAC system was added in April 2024 to keep things just right. The water comes from a UV filtered rainwater system, safe to use but we still suggest bottled water for drinking. ◆ Fully stocked kitchen ◆ Fire pit on the lower patio ◆ New heating and cooling system ◆ Wi-Fi included ◆ UV filtered rainwater system Guest access You will have full access to the entire home during your stay. Other things to note The road and driveway are a bit narrow and steep, but manageable for most 2WD cars as long as they aren’t too low to the ground. If heights make you nervous, the drive may not be the best fit. Keep your momentum going on the way up, and feel free to reach out if you have questions about your vehicle. *AWD/4WD is recommended in the winter This is a pet friendly property, we do charge a pet fee.
