Settle in and recharge at our cozy, renovated retreat in Niantic, located just over a mile from the beach, boardwalk, and village shops. Tucked into a quiet neighborhood, this home offers modern comfort and style, making it a great fit for families, couples, or friends looking for a relaxed escape. After a refreshing walk along the boardwalk or a visit to a local café, return to a welcoming space with hardwood floors and an open layout designed for unwinding and spending time together. The space This bright, single level home is thoughtfully laid out for comfort and ease. With hardwood floors, central heat, and an open living space, it offers a relaxing place to settle in after a day exploring the shoreline or strolling through the village. Living Area The spacious living room is filled with natural light and comfortable seating, with a smart TV for movie nights, quiet evenings with a book, or time spent together playing games. Kitchen and Dining The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, updated appliances, and everything needed for everyday cooking or simple meals at home. The adjacent dining area makes it easy to gather for shared meals, conversation, or a relaxed start to the day. Bedrooms Primary Bedroom: Queen bed with a twin trundle, well suited for couples or small families. Second Bedroom: Twin bed with a twin trundle, offering flexible sleeping arrangements. Third Bedroom: Twin bunk beds, a great option for kids or additional guests. The home comfortably sleeps up to eight guests, including children. Guest access Guests have full and private access to the entire home, including all living areas, bedrooms, bathroom, and the backyard. You’re welcome to use the grill, firepit, bikes, beach gear, and all amenities provided to make your stay comfortable and carefree. The garage is not accessible and is used for owner storage. Other things to note We are located just over a mile from Niantic’s beaches, boardwalk, restaurants, and boutique shops. It’s the perfect walking or biking distance for enjoying everything this coastal town has to offer. For your peace of mind, Ring cameras are installed at the front and side exterior doors. These are only used to monitor entry points and are not placed in any private areas. To make your beach days easier, we provide beach towels, a cart, chairs, an umbrella, and two adult bikes so you can pack light and play more. The maximum occupancy is eight guests total, including children. The home is meticulously cleaned between every stay.
