This is a two story single family home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is about 2180 sqft. Two sets of stairs lead to the front entrance. **Floor Plan** • Main Floor: Living room w/smart TV, dining room, kitchen, Queen bedroom (with desk), Full bedroom (with an additional twin size pull out trundle), shared bath with tub & shower and heated floors. Deck next to kitchen with spacious outdoor seating & additional bistro set in the backyard. Central A/C and Heating. • Basement: Second living room with Queen pull out sofa & smart TV, King bedroom (with desk), wet bar, bathroom with shower and heated floor, laundry, access to garage. Guest access The entire townhome is included in this rental. Guest access will be granted via a smart lock. Other things to note **About the Reservation** • We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise. • For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation. **About Fees & Pricing** • The regular nightly rate covers 6 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 9 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests. • We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing. • Ring Camera by the front door **House Rules** • This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets. • Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
