Three homes on one beautifully secluded property - perfect for a small intimate micro weddings. Sleeping up to 30 guests across 13 bedrooms. We created this space for people to gather. Three hot tubs, large cedar sauna, prep kitchen, fire pit, & plenty of space to gather for retreats, reunions, and small group getaways. In the Nantahala National Forest - 10 minutes from Bryson City, close to rafting, hiking, and Smoky Mountain National Park and the Appalachian Trail. The space This Hideaway Point listing includes all three of our homes—The Hideout, The Hostel, and The Holiday House—set together on one secluded property with views of the Smoky Mountains. Across the three homes, the property sleeps up to 30 guests in 13 bedrooms, offering space to be together without feeling crowded. Hideaway Point is especially well-suited for retreats, reunions, and groups who want time to connect, rest, and enjoy being in a beautiful, quiet place. Each home has its own rhythm and personality: • The Hideout The most private of the three homes, The Hideout sits at the edge of the property and is surrounded by forest. It includes 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, laundry, and a covered porch with the best view on the property. The hot tub is just off the porch, tucked into the trees. Sleeps up to 10. • The Hostel Designed with groups in mind, The Hostel features 4 en-suite bedrooms, each with its own exterior entrance. Inside, there’s an open common area with a kitchen, two sitting areas, and a dining table. Outside, you’ll find a covered patio and hot tub. When booking the full property, guests also have access to a separate prep kitchen and large covered carport nearby. Sleeps up to 10. • The Holiday House The largest home on the property, The Holiday House offers 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms across three levels. It includes a full kitchen, laundry, dining area, hot tub, fire pit, and a large cedar sauna with windows looking into the forest. One bedroom includes a kitchenette, and the loft features four twin beds—making it a favorite for families and groups. Sleeps up to 12. Across the property, guests can enjoy three hot tubs, generous porch and patio space, and a covered carport that works well for group meals, gatherings, or small events. A separate prep kitchen is also available for full-property bookings. Hideaway Point is surrounded by the Nantahala National Forest and is just 10 minutes from Bryson City. You’re close to the Appalachian Trail, whitewater rafting, fishing, mountain biking, and ziplining. Whether you’re here to explore the outdoors or simply be still, Hideaway Point gives you room to spread out, settle in, and focus on what matters most. We’re ten minutes from downtown Bryson City and just minutes from Lake Fontana, the Nantahala River, and Appalachian Trail access. If you enjoy hiking, biking, rafting, ziplining, or fishing, this is an ideal home base for exploring Western North Carolina. What’s Nearby: Bryson City – A small mountain town with local shops, coffee spots, and the Great Smoky Mountains Railroad, offering scenic rides year-round (including the Polar Express in winter). Deep Creek – Popular for tubing, hiking, and picnicking. Oconaluftee River & Islands Park (Cherokee) – Great for kids to splash and older guests to enjoy a multi-hour float. Whitewater rafting, ziplining, and fly fishing – All located right down the road in the Nantahala Gorge. The Appalachian Trail – Crosses nearby at mile marker 133.9 near the Nantahala Outdoor Center, a favorite stop for thru-hikers. Guest access When you book the Hideaway Point Mountain Lodge, you'll have full access to all three homes on the property—each with its own hot tub—as well as the sauna house, fire pit, picnic patio, and our fully equipped kitchen prep area designed for hosting and gathering. You’ll enjoy the privacy of the entire space. Door code will be provided the day of check-in through the Airbnb messaging center.
