The space Featuring: * Sleeps up to 11 guests * Off street parking for 4 cars * 4 bedrooms with 1 bedroom on the First floor * Fully stocked kitchen, full use of washer/ dryer * High speed Wi-Fi and smart TVs with streaming services (Netflix, amazon prime videos, Disney+, ESPN+, Hulu, and Discovery+). * Backyard offers a patio with seating for entertaining and outdoor shower. Enjoy self check-in for your convenience with the smart electronic door lock. This spacious home comfortably accommodates a group with many separate spaces for enjoying each other's company. On the third level is the inviting living room with smart TV, soundbar and ample seating area, a dining area for seating up to 12 people, and the fully-stocked gourmet kitchen with a large island and bar stools. Featuring 4 bedrooms with 1 bedroom on the 1st floor and 3 others on the 2nd floor. Bedroom 1: 1 King bed; Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed, + 1 twin bed; Bedroom 3: 1 Double bed, + 1 crib (stored in closet, will need some simple assembly). Bedroom 4: 1 Queen bed + 1 twin-over-full Bunk bed. Close to the action of the boardwalk, nightlife, restaurants and beach, yet it sits back far enough to get away from it all. We do offer off-street parking for up to 4 cars. We are conveniently located close to everything…Beach, boardwalk, nightlife, restaurants, and supermarket! Guest access Guests have full access to the entire house and backyard, except the Elevator. Upon request in advance, the elevator can be accessed and used by those disabled or medically unable to use stairs. Other things to note WINTER SEASON: PLEASE, if you need an earlier check in, you HAVE to communicate that to us prior to booking. Please do not request an 8-10am check in and then auto book a reservation; because we can not under any circumstances, accommodate that early of a check in. Our guests do not checkout until 10am and then house keeping needs adequate time to clean after guests checkout. We can NOT guarantee an early check in, even if you request it. If house keeping happens to finish sooner, we will let you know as soon as its available. Thank you for understanding. PEAK SEASON: Please do not ask for early check-in or late check-out during peak Spring and Summer season (May through early September) With many properties to clean per day, it is imperative that our house keeping staff have adequate time to clean after each check out. We get asked this question so often, & during peak months we are just unable to accommodate a guaranteed early check-in or late check-out. If for any reason housekeeping has your rental completed earlier, we will communicate that to you & let you know that the property is available for check in sooner, but again please remember that this is NOT guaranteed.
