An extra queen futon, 2 twin memory foam beds and a pack-n-play can be used through-out the house as floor beds Also have 2 twin cots and air mattresses if needed = The house is 3 levels Top Level: 2 King beds and 2 full baths, separate childs room with pack and play/monitor if needed Master has a jacuzzi bath Ground level: Large vaulted ceilings, 20 ft climbing wall with 3 auto-belays, 2 large living rooms and open platform kitchen , 1/2 bath Dining: Picnic style table for 8 + bar stools, Backyard seating for 10, Grill Lower level: King room with full bath, and separate seating area: Large rec rom with exercise equipment and extra common space for lower level group sleeping or kids area = This is our home, not just a rental. Its a place to gather, live, play and relax. Internet Parking: 2 Driveway spots, 2 Street spots Parking for bikes behind house Sorry, no access to the garage. No chalk allowed on wall. = Pet Deposit: We like dogs too. < 50 lbs. and please dont bring an aggressive dog to our neighborhood. House and backyard are ok. On a leash at all times outside of the house.
