Terrific Naper Townhouse 3beds/2.5 baths

Welcome to our wonderful Naperville home located just west of downtown Naperville and just a few minutes from Fox Valley Mall. This two-story 3 Bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse is fully equipped, and fully stocked to ensure a pleasant and peaceful stay. The space As you enter the home you’ll notice the open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen that freely allows you to move about the space and entertain, or pick a comfy seat to relax in. The kitchen has newly updated cabinets, and countertops and a separate area to relax and eat. We also have a walkout in the dining area that leads to a shady courtyard where you could sit and wind down. Upstairs you’ll find three generously sized bedrooms with very comfortable beds and two bathrooms. Come and stay with us and enjoy! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire townhome, 2 car garage and outdoor patio. Other things to note *Please note: This is a monthly rental. Village requires tenants to sign a lease upon booking. Reservation & Cancellation Policy: We strictly follow all Airbnb cancellation policies. Guests are always welcome to extend their stay when availability allows, but reservations cannot be shortened once confirmed. For short-term stays, reservations cannot be shortened within 5 days of check-in. For stays of 30 days or longer, reservations cannot be shortened within 30 days of check-in. These policies ensure fairness and consistency for all of our guests. Additional Guest Fee: The base reservation price includes up to 4 guests. Any guests beyond the first 4 will incur an additional fee of $25 per person, per night. All guests must be included on the reservation. If additional guests arrive after check-in, the reservation must be updated through Airbnb and the applicable fees will be charged. Pet Fee: We charge a $75 fee per pet. Pets must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accommodate cats for short-term stays. Early Check-In / Late Checkout: We may be able to accommodate an early check-in as early as 3:00 PM or a late checkout until 11:00 AM for an additional fee of $100. Requests must be approved and arranged at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. Guests who arrive before the approved check-in time or remain on the property past the scheduled checkout time without prior approval will be charged $200 per hour (or any portion thereof). Unauthorized early arrivals or late departures disrupt our cleaning team's schedule and may delay the preparation of the home for incoming guests.
