The space Quaint cottage within walking distance (easy 10 minutes down 12th St) to downtown square. Bring your pets! There is a separate residence in the backside of the property so the backyard is not included in the rental. The front yard complete with food burning fire pit and Adirondack chairs is accessible for guests to enjoy. We are pet friendly and although here is no fenced yard, there are many parks nearby for dogs to enjoy. Parking includes street parking only but usually there are plenty of spots. Guest access Full 2-bed,1-bath cottage accessible to guests during their stay. Other things to note No excessive check-out chores! We strive to make your stay amazing so, we do not require excessive check-out requirements. We only ask that you start the dishwasher and clean up after your pet. No stripping of bed linens or taking out the trash! :) Please note there is no washer and dryer on site. However, there are several laundromats within five minutes. Some offer a fluff and full service where you can drop off your laundry and pick it up, clean and folded. This costs about $30 per load. Your hosts live five minutes away and are available to make your stay awesome! A security deposit of $200.00 is due 2 days before arrival. This is a 'hold' that is put on your card before you arrive and released after you depart.
