Located within minutes of shopping centers, restaurants, hiking, skiing, and the freeway, it is central to nearly anything you would like. The space This townhome is an END unit, with STUNNING Mountain views from every window! In the summer, you will have a pool and a park right across the street. The park is already ready. The pool will be ready for the Summer in AUGUST no ETA. You will have a key access by REQUEST ONLY. Message me for details! 8am-10pm pool hours You will enjoy this quiet community. Message me with questions and we can coordinate your booking. Early check in? We may be able to accommodate you! We have 1 day between bookings. :) Guest access You will have access to use the garage the extra keys and garage opener will be left on the table for you to use during your stay. We will give you an access key code to get in the front door and garage code 24 to 48 hours before your stay. Message me with any questions. Other things to note PLEASE request ahead of time for pool key. We are only allowed ONE key by HOA. Replacement fore key is $100 fee.
