Pelican Point Condo - Pelican 80

Pelican 80 has two decks and water views from all the windows of this 3 bedroom condo. The living room will offer views of the breaking waves, flocking pelicans, and the Pajaro River. The River water is still and makes for a wonderful location for the pelicans to call home. The living room is large and well-staged along with the kitchen and dining room. There are two decks at this condo. One connects the living room and master bedroom, equipped with patio furniture, and the other off the dining room. Please note: There is no barbecue in this unit. They are not allowed in the Pelican Point condos. 🚫 Barbecues are not permitted in Pelican condos. 🚧 Advisory Notice Please note that Pelican Point Buildings A, B, and C will be under construction from September 8 through 2025 but could continue into 2026 if there are continued delays.
