Dogs welcome (limit of 1 up to 25 lbs.). $150 non-refundable pet fee/per animal; pre-registration is required. 4. Pre-registration is required via signed Pet Addendum which is emailed at the time of booking. 5. The Private Pool can be heated for $30/day. 6. The fee that Airbnb has listed as a “Cleaning Fee” actually includes the fee for Damage Waiver protection that we provide you plus the Booking Fee for this property. 7. There is a security camera in the backyard that is monitored by a 3rd party. 8. Right to Enter: We reserve the right to enter the property for necessary inspections, repairs, or maintenance as outlined in the rental agreement, and in cases where we receive reports of disturbances or policy violations. Efforts will be made to notify guests in advance when possible. **We do require all renters to fill out a rental agreement from our company to protect our condos. If you do not wish to fill out a rental agreement, please do not book this condo. We do not allow access to the property without a completed rental agreement.
