The space CABIN FEVER LODGE -------------------------- Spacious Cabin Accommodations: Our cabin comfortably accommodates 14-20 guests and expands to host up to 22 for larger gatherings or events. 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, basement, and common areas. Two large primary suites on separate wings feature luxurious king beds for a restful night's sleep. One suite has a sofa and chair. Versatile Upstairs Layout: West Wing: Two cozy rooms, each with a queen bed and a full futon bed in one of the rooms. East Wing: A king bed, a full bunk with a twin on top, and an additional futon for extra flexibility. Game Room Basement: Equipped with foosball, air hockey and a poker table. Includes a full futon and plenty of floor space. Comfort for All: Ample seating, including reclining couches and chairs in the living room, ensures everyone has a cozy spot to relax. ••••••••••••••••••• Amenities: •Fully equipped kitchen for the largest of gatherings •Two cozy fireplaces for chilly evenings. •Smart TVs in common areas and bedrooms •Memorable game room in the basement •Outdoor seating areas in covered porches •Large fire pit area for roasting s’mores and enjoying the sunset •Outdoor grill and smokers for that perfect barbecue •Fully stocked game cabinet for family fun •Horseshoes and cornhole for friendly competition The entire property is fenced and gated Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire cabin and surrounding 5-acre property, including the porches and patios, firepit area, yard, and parking areas. Please note that we are undergoing construction of two more cabins and a swimming pool at the back of the property. Please stay out of the construction sites. Other things to note HOUSE RULES -------------------- •RELAX AND HAVE FUN Sip some whisky or wine and let your hair down. Or dive into that book you've been waiting to read. Let the kids run and remember why you’re here! •NO SMOKING INSIDE Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the lodge. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas near the firepit. •NO PETS We love pets! But not everyone does. Please refrain from bringing pets unless prior arrangements have been made. •QUIET HOURS Please respect the tranquility of our surroundings and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially after 10 PM. •NO PARTIES No parties or events are permitted on the property unless prior arrangements have been made. During your stay, only guests listed on the reservation are allowed access to the premises. •REPORT DAMAGES Accidents happen. If any accidental damages occur during your stay, please report them to us immediately. Notifying us allows us to efficiently address and rectify any issues, ensuring a pleasant stay for future guests.
