Guests have access to entire inside of cottage except locked owner storage closet on hallway. Guests have access to both main deck and lower deck and the connecting stairs. Guest have access to paved front yard / driveway. Guests do not have access to locked storage closet outside front door or crawl space underneath the cottage. Unpaved outside areas, including lawns, are not to be walked, driven, or parked on. Guests enjoy free use of a private, HOA-maintained access gate and road leading directly to a miles-long beach. Other things to note NO REFUNDS for weather events, natural disasters, power outages, or other things that are beyond our control. Guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance for coverage. Relatively small expense for peace of mind. CRITTERS: We have regular pest control treatment. However, please keep in mind that the cottage is in a remote rural location. So in and around the cottage, guests can expect to encounter critters, including but not limited to: ants, bees, spiders, moths, and rodents.
