The house is within walking distance of the river as well as downtown Charlestown. It is located between Claremont, NH and Keene, NH making it a great midway point to access both for shopping, area attractions and a number of ski resorts. Minutes from I-91. Come and make yourself at home in this private getaway! The space This is a large farm house that has been completely renovated in 2023/2024. It has many typical New England farmhouse features including handmade trim and wood floors throughout most of the rooms. There are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. Additional guests may stay, but sleeping arrangements would be up to you (there is a couch and recliner in the living room. The kitchen is a great place to sit and visit with friends and family to share a meal or drinks. A Keurig coffee maker is supplied with some coffee to choose from. The laundry room has a washer and dryer as well as some washer detergent pods for your use. There are two bathrooms - one upstairs with a walk in shower and one downstairs with a shower/tub combo. The back yard is large and open with a swing set and picnic table. You might choose to pack a picnic and take it down by the river or to the end of the property overlooking the river.
