The space (1) The house features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a welcoming front porch. (2) Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, perfect for preparing meals at home. (3) Located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with a spacious backyard—great for relaxing or outdoor activities. (4) We also provide small toys and books for kids to enjoy during their stay. (5) This is a pet friendly house . We charge a one-time $80 pet cleaning fee (for up to 2 small to medium-sized pets), plus $10 per pet per night. The nightly pet fee will be requested separately after booking. Guest access the whole house is available to the guests. Other things to note !! ATTENTION !! (1) Local Bookings: We have a zero tolerance policy for parties. All LOCAL bookings PLEASE reach out to host for approval BEFORE booking. Instant bookings by locals may be canceled if they have not been explicitly approved by the host in advance. (2) Security Deposit: A $400 refundable security deposit is required for all guests. This deposit will be authorized on your payment method at the time of booking and will be refunded within 7 days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property or violation of house rules. If there is any damage or excessive cleaning required, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the deposit.
