The space THE PROPERTY BREAKDOWN Accommodation over 2 floors Ground floor: Living/dining area – log burning stove, flat-screen Smart TV with Netflix, dining table, and a stunning new conservatory opening onto the enclosed garden. Kitchen – cooker and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Nutribullet, handheld blender. Bedroom 1 – king-size bed, bedside drawers and lamps, vanity console, wardrobe, flat screen TV and ensuite with shower, toilet and washbasin. First floor: Bedroom 2 – twin beds, bedside table and lamp, wardrobe. Bedroom 3 – small 4ft double bed, bedside table and lamp, this would be a small double or a spacious single, vanity console, wardrobe. Bathroom - bath, toilet and washbasin. Outside - Shared central courtyard, barbecue, tennis courts, communal Hot tub, communal gym, children's play area. Parking - Parking is available outside the property. Pets - Guests may bring up to 3 pets at £25 per pet, per stay. Pets must be added during checkout or later via the Guest Portal. THE PROPERTY DETAILS Guests can access a shared paddocked area, a perfect outdoor space to enjoy, where children are free to run around and play. Guests can freely access the shared tennis court, the newly built gym, equipped with a treadmill, elliptical trainer, weight bench, weights, exercise bike, and other sporting gear, as well as a shared hot tub. The Gathering Place, a renovated large detached farm building in the courtyard, features a Wii and a table tennis table. It’s also an ideal space for dinner parties for up to 24 people perfect if friends are also staying within the complex All Bamburgh First properties include Netflix, a portable Bose Bluetooth speaker, easy lighting fire logs, and a box of games like Scrabble, Cluedo, and Monopoly. The owners also kindly supply a hand-selected welcome pack and a voucher for a pound of the famous Bamburgh Banger sausages (redeemable within the village).
