You can enjoy watching the Hummingbirds visit during warm weather, and you may see geese, kayakers and canoes occasionally floating by. The grilling deck features Weber Gas and Weber Charcoal Grills. Stroll the sidewalk & steps down to the creek bank where you can put your feet in the water, fish or launch a kayak and float 2 miles to the junction with the James River. Jefferson National Forest is nearby too! Don't miss a visit to the Roaring Run Furnace where you can take an easy hike along a bold stream to a gorgeous waterfall.
