House is equipped with smart lock with unique access code generated for each booking. Other things to note **Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) Q1: Is the pool heated? A: Yes, the pool is heated. The heater automatically activates when the water temperature drops below 85°F (30°C). Q2: What is the typical pool temperature? A: From March to October, the pool temperature is maintained at a minimum of 85°F (30°C). During the winter months (November to February), the temperature typically ranges between 78°F and 85°F (26–30°C), depending on the weather. However, during rare instances when air temperatures fall below 55°F (12°C) in winter, maintaining pool temperature may become challenging. Fortunately, Florida's winter days seldom dip that low. Q3: Is there any extra charge for pool heating? A: No, pool heating is included in your stay at no additional cost. We use a powerful heat pump to heat the pool but cannot overcome extreme weather conditions. Q4: How far is the home from the Tampa International Airport? A: The home is approximately 40 minutes from Tampa International Airport, depending on traffic conditions. Q5: Is the beach nearby? A: Yes, Sunset Beach and Howard Park Beach are both just a 10-minute drive away. Clearwater Beach, known for its stunning views, is 30 to 45 minutes away depending on traffic. Please note that there are no beaches within walking distance. Q6: Is there fishing gear available? A: Yes, we provide fishing gear at the property for your convenience. If you need additional equipment, there are two local tackle shops within a 5-minute drive, and a Walmart Supercenter less than 10 minutes away. Q7: Can we rent a boat, kayaks, etc.? A: We don’t personally offer boat or kayak rentals, there are kayaks at the property that are not for rent due to liability reasons. Fortunately, there are several nearby businesses that provide rentals for boats, kayaks, and other watercraft, giving you plenty of opportunities to enjoy the water. Q8: What is the guest registration policy? A: For safety and security, all guests entering the home during your stay must be listed on the reservation. Please make sure the correct number of guests is registered to avoid any issues. Q9: What type of coffee machine is available? A: We have a Hamilton Beach FlexBrew 2-in-1 Coffee Maker that is compatible with K-cup pods. We’ve provided some pods for your convenience. Additionally, we also have Kirkland Signature 100% Colombian Coffee (Dark Roast), ground coffee, and filters available for use.
