The space Searching for your next beach vacation? Explore this beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home that is in the heart of Isle of Palms! Located in the Beachside community, you have access to a neighborhood swimming pool and tennis courts! Enjoy a quick walk to the beach and easy access to the grocery store and restaurants on the island. As you arrive, you're greeted with palms and beautiful landscaping to start your vacation. Up the stairs you'll enter and find the open concept kitchen and living area. With stainless steel appliance and a large kitchen island with seating for 5, you can whip up a family breakfast or pack a picnic lunch for the beach. Venture farther in and there is a dining room table with seating for 6, perfect for group dinners or card games! The living room has a comfy couch, loveseat and chair situated around a flat screen tv. Curl up and watch your favorite tv shows or have a family movie night. All three bedrooms have a comfortable bed to sleep after a long day of exploring the island. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed, private bathroom with double sinks and a tiled shower. The other two bedrooms share a hall bathroom and are furnished with two twin beds in one and a king in the other! Outside there are chairs on the balcony to sit and enjoy your morning cup of coffee and enjoy the ocean breeze! Upstairs you'll find a gas grill to cook up steaks or burgers for dinner! There is space under the home to park your car. There is a private outdoor shower with hot and cold water to rinse off after your day at the beach! As an additional bonus, when you stay at 3 ocean Park, you get access to community amenities, such as the shared pool and tennis courts. The community pool is not heated and is usually open yearly from April 1 to October 1 depending on the weather. A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 3 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 25 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $1000 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time. This property also includes a $250 credit to order beach gear when you book a stay between 3 and 14 nights!! There are many options to choose from including bicycles, beach chairs, beach carts/wagons, coolers, umbrellas, kayaks, paddleboards, etc.! Our partnered company, VayK Gear, will contact you 45 days prior to your arrival so you can place your order and they will deliver all equipment to your rental property. Just another added bonus for booking through our local property management company to enhance your vacation experience. ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS (2), BATH TOWEL SETS TOWELS (8) ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival. Guest access Entire home, garage and driveway. Other things to note Please note: There is a property management company chosen by the homeowner and requires that their rental agreement be signed prior to occupying the property. This agreement will be sent after a reservation is made along with other helpful rental info for your stay. Cancellation Policy: Reservations made and cancelled within 24 hours will be refunded in full. After 24 hours, our cancellation policy goes into effect. Reservations cancelled 6 months prior to arrival will be refunded in full. If a reservation is cancelled less than 6 months prior to arrival, a full deposit refund less a $100.00 booking fee will be made only if the unit is re-rented for the same time and price, and at a pro-rated rate if only rented for the partial amount. The guest will be responsible for the difference in price if re-rented at a lower rate. We do offer and strongly encourage every traveler to purchase travel insurance as well for an added 10.8% or 7% charge depending on which plan you select. If accepted, the 10.8% travel insurance plan must be paid in full within 14 days of making a reservation or you may add the 7% plan up until 30 days prior to your arrival date or final payment is paid, whichever comes first. Upon arrival, if you do not accept the unit you have reserved your deposit will be forfeited. Power/ weather related cancellation: We do not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as: weather, road conditions, snow conditions, power outages, or forest fires. Additionally, we will not issue refunds in the event of a pandemic (for example, Covid-19) or acts of nature such as a hurricane. In light of these events, we strongly urge every reservation to purchase one of the two travel insurance plans that we offer. Hurricane season technically runs from June through October, but is especially more prone to occur in our area from late August through early October.
