No access to a garage. Other things to note 🌴 💧Pool & Lawn Service Our pool is professionally cleaned every Thursday evening to maintain fresh, clean water for all guests. If your reservation falls outside that window—or you’d simply like an extra cleaning during your stay—we’re happy to offer a mid-stay pool refresh for a flat $75 fee. Neighborhood Notice This home is located in a residential area. As with many neighborhoods, occasional noise from nearby properties — including animals — may be heard, particularly during early morning hours. This is outside of the host’s control. Advance notice of at least 48 hours prior to check-in is preferred so we can coordinate with our pool team, but if you’re already on site and would like to request a refresh, feel free to reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate based on availability. Note: the pool is not heated. Lawn care is scheduled every Friday and may occur during your stay. We do our best to keep it to a minimum and quick so your time at the home is private. 🕑 Check-In/Check-Out Requests Need an early check-in or late check-out? Just let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival. Approval depends on same-day guest turnover. Unapproved late check-outs will incur a $100 fee. The cleaning crew needs ample time to clean, wash, and disinfect the home for the next guest. 📍 Parking & Access Details • FREE Driveway parking —6 total spaces available • No garage access. • RVs, campers, or buses welcome with prior approval and additional fee 🐾 Pets Unapproved pets (excluding licensed service animals) will result in a $500 fee and may lead to immediate eviction. Approved pets are welcome for a non-refundable fee of $100 per pet, added to your reservation. If a pet request is made after booking but before check in and granted, the same fee will apply. 🎉 Parties & Events Parties and events are strictly prohibited. For everyone’s comfort, we use a NoiseAware decibel monitoring device. Evidence of a party or event—including excessive trash or security footage—will result in a $500 fine, possible legal action, and immediate eviction. Guests will also be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage. 🧺 Property Care & Damage Please treat the home with care. Loss or damage to property, décor, linens, or landscaping due to negligence or intentional misuse will result in replacement costs and a fine of up to $250. 🛏️ Linens & Laundry Help us keep linens in great shape by avoiding use of towels for cleaning or makeup removal. Stained items will be considered damaged. Kindly do not wash comforters or duvet inserts—these require professional cleaning and could damage the washing machine. 📜 House Rules & Quiet Hours Violations of posted house rules—such as exceeding occupancy, improper parking, property damage, or illegal substance use—may result in fines of up to $1000 and/or eviction. To maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors, please observe city quiet hours from 11 PM to 7 AM daily. Keep outdoor noise to a minimum during these times. Registration Details G23-12465
