Petit Jean State Park fairly close. Mount Magazine is about 45 minutes away. ATU is close for Wonder Boys games. Russellville is close to many outdoor activities and this little place is centered to all of it. The space The house was built in 1930. Across the street is the Latimore Tourist home, which is a green book listed home. The backyard buts up to a city park with basketball courts, pavilion and child play area. Guest access Guests will have access to the back yard of the house which includes a fire pit, table and chairs, and goldfish pond. Other things to note There is a storm shelter that can be used only in an emergency. Please do not park in front of the garage, as those spots are reserved. There is ample parking in the rest of the parking lot.
