If you have any special needs, please reach out! **PLEASE READ CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS AND HOUSE RULES TO AVOID GETTING FINED BY THE COMMUNITY OR GETTING YOUR CAR TOWED** Just to give you a heads-up, we require all guests to provide a copy of their ID for verification and sign a rental agreement for their stay. Once we receive your ID and the rental agreement is signed, we'll send over all the check-in details on the date of your arrival. *Pool schedule is subject to change at the discretion of the property management company* Kindly note that the availability of amenities such as pools, hot tubs, fitness centers, and others in our properties is solely determined by the management of each building. The access and availability of these amenities are subject to the discretion of the management, who may choose to open or close them based on their own policies and in compliance with applicable regulations. We do not have control over the amenities and refunds are not possible if these are not available. Outside guests are not permitted onto the property without prior approval. These units have an upper floor and lower floor, with the upper floors only accessible by stairs. Some units will require a few steps to get to as well. We have multiple units and pictures are representative units. We have some 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom units and some 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom units which we can shift around depending on your needs. Kindly avoid placing any trash outside the house. Our community has strict regulations regarding waste disposal, and leaving trash outside can result in fines and penalties (up to $75 per bag found). Please use the designated trash bins / compactor provided within the property near house 1 for any excess trash. If the trash isn't yours or is a normal amount, just leave it inside and we can come by to take care of it (just let us know!) If you need assistance with trash disposal or have any questions, feel free to contact us via the app or via text Our property is advertised as pet-free. Any unauthorized pets may result in additional nightly fees, cleaning charges, or immediate termination of the stay without refund. Parking Restrictions: Please note that oversized vehicles and trailers are not permitted on this property. Parking is limited to standard-sized vehicles only. Upon booking you will be asked to review and sign a rental agreement. If you don't feel comfortable with the terms, you will have 48 hours to cancel the booking for a full refund (24 hours for bookings within 3 days). After the grace period, a refund may not be guaranteed
