We ask that all guests be respectful of others that may also be staying in the building. No parties or events are allowed on the premises and no smoking within the condo is permitted. There is a common smoking area behind the building outside for your convenience. The health, safety and security of our guests is important to us. The condo is equipped with a smoke alarm, a carbon monoxide detector and a fire extinguisher. In addition, a noise decibel monitor is installed within the condo. We also ensure a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. A 24hr security service is available for any on-site issues that arise.
