With one bedroom and one bath, this prime spot is perfect for two people. The space The living room and kitchen are open concept with plenty of space to relax or cook. In the bedroom you'll find a queen bed with new memory foam mattress and plenty of closet space. The bathroom has a tub shower combo and a washer dryer in the closet for your use. Just behind the house you'll find a private area with seating on the small patio. Other things to note Rental Rules ~Primary guest must be age 25 or older ~Check in is 4:00 PM-10PM / Check out is 11:00 AM ~No Smoking in or near the Cabin ~Dogs are allowed, with $50 Pet Fee (2 dogs max, rules apply) ~No loud noise or parties ~Absolutely no UTV's, ATV’s, Trailers, or Campers allowed ~Number of guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy as stated in the listing
