With a king bed in the main bedroom on the top floor, Queen over twin bedroom on the middle level, queen futon and full sized pullout bed in living rooms one and two, and a full sized bed on the lower level. There are plenty of comfortable sleeping areas for 9 people. There are also 3 full sized bathrooms complete with towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Solar powered and new appliances inside of this beautifully designed cabin built in 2010. The cabin sits on 10 acres of beautiful Texas land. With its wrap around porch, you'll get amazing views of the Red River, cow pastures, and trees galore. It is just outside of city limits, so you'll get to experience quiet country living, with just a short drive into town. 20 minutes from Sherman, Tx and only 25 minutes to some of the most popular casinos. Book a weekenders getaway, Bachelor or Bachelorette stay, or even a small wedding or adults family reunion. This cabin is perfect for a serene vacation away from the busy city life. The cabin is 3 levels and has a bedroom and bathroom on each level. Enjoy the Skywalk that leads to a cute reading area to enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of your favorite spirits. Hang out in the fire pit area, or take a stroll on the 10 acres or the private road which leads down to the Red River. You're sure to love the charm and comfort that Mylinn Ranch has. We have installed safety gates leading to the Skywalk and stair case for child safety. Guest access You have access to the entire home. 10 acres of nature to enjoy , then sit back in the sauna and unwind with a glass of wine. Other things to note Outside of city limits, on private land, close to Eisenhower State Park, swimming areas, fishing areas, and casinos are a quick drive. Small events of 60 people or less allowed on a case by case basis with a deposit.
