Built in 2023 with all modern amenities, high 24 ft ceiling in great room, split floorplan with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths downstairs, and large 500 sf loft upstairs (4th bedroom). Historic downtown Prescott is just a quick 30 minute drive, so you’ll be close to shopping, great food and bars on Whiskey Row. During your stay enjoy the Wi-Fi, smart TV and grill. Located close to 3 lakes, numerous hiking and biking trails. Perfect place to enjoy the great outdoors or cozy up by the fireplace. This 4 bedrooms has a CA king bed in master bedroom, Queen size bed in bedroom 2, two full beds in bedroom 3 and King bed and bunks beds in bedroom 4 (loft). Three smart TV's are in great room, master and loft. From the front door you enter into a large open floor plan consisting of dining, kitchen, great room with 24 ft ceilings. Large windows bring great natural lighting. Neighborhood highlights Comstock Mine is located about 30 miles from the Prescott Court house, Whiskey Row. It consists of unique custom homes and cabins. Quaint neighborhood. This area is popular for mountain biking, hiking and ATV. Winter months bring a beautiful winter wonderland to this area. Snow does accumulate so be prepared during winter of any weather advisories. 4 wheel drive required winter time to get to cabin, approx 4 miles of unpaved roads with steep inclines. True mountain getaway! 7,000 ft elevation- 15 min from LYNX lake, 20 min from Costco and shopping, 30 min from downtown. Temperatures at the cabin are typically 35 degrees cooler than Phoenix, AZ and 5-10 degrees cooler than even downtown Prescott! 4 WD or Rear wheel drive is recommended during times of snow in Prescott. During the summer months a high clearance vehicle is recommended since the road the home is off of is a bit bumpy the last few miles. This family friendly lodge comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests with 2700 square feet, 3 bedrooms plus loft (4th bedroom) and 2.5 bathrooms. The back patio has a serene view of the pines of the Forest for you to enjoy from the deck while deer occasionally roam through the yard. There is plenty of room to unwind and bond with your friends and family inside with a full service kitchen. You are sure to make lasting memories here. At Comstock Mine cabin your family and friends will gather together after a day of hiking, fishing, kayaking in one of the three nearby lakes, mountain biking, hunting or strolling by the many shops and restaurants along historic Whiskey Row. Getting around You can hike or bike all around the Prescott National Forest straight from the front door or you can hope in the car and take a short drive to local lakes, stores and many historic places.
