Daybed in the game groom with a trundle bed under it.. Board Games many family favorites. and a Wii gaming system satellite cable. Work desk with Wi-Fi adapter. Large family room with With soft and plush recliners throughout home. 65 inch TV. and surround sound. Privet and spacious. There are no TVs in bedrooms. bathroom 2 in hallway. 2 decks for enjoying the views and a covered carport for parking. Spacious yard. Extra vehicles park in front of barn. please no pets of any kind. No fireworks. There is a Ring door bell camera, at the lock box. Guest access entire house this is a Key entry. you will receive a code to access the home. There is a lock box on the door in the rear of the home. Other things to note Hostess lives on the property. All guest must be on your reservation. No extra guest. No parties. No small gatherings. please gather all towels and leave in laundry room ,all dishes must be cleaned ,all trash must be thrown away in dumpster provided on property. No animals of any kind!!!. No parking on grass. As my septic and leaching field are across the side and front of yard. please obey the 5 miles per hr speed limit all the way down the gravel road when leaving and entering property as there are children and pets that live the property. Absolutely no smoking in home We have a smoking area. please use cigarette can in the rear of the home or the trash can . Not on the lawn. This is a key entry. You will receive a code for homes lock box when rented. Please don't strip the beds ,we take care of that. There is a pond .
