Located in the heart of downtown De Pere, this 3-bedroom, 1909 Dutch Colonial Revival has historic charm along with many modern amenities, including WIFI, Smart TVs, self check-in with keypad, and updated bathrooms and kitchen. Walk to local shops, restaurants, and bars, or head across the river to St. Norbert College; explore the Fox River trail with a short 5-mile bike ride into Green Bay; or take a quick 10-15 minute drive to Lambeau Field, Bay Park Square mall or Bay Beach Amusement Park. The space The first floor features a large Living Room with conversational seating and an antique secretary desk with essential office supplies, a Parlor with window bench and 65" LG TV, a formal Dining Room with a large dining table that seats 10, a fully stocked Kitchen with a counter height table that seats 4, and a half bathroom. The second floor has three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have king size foam mattresses, 50" mounted LG TVs, mirrors, chairs, benches, and closets with shelves and hanging space. A third bedroom makes a great kids room with a two full size beds and a twin day bed, with an additional twin mattress underneath, a 50" mounted LG TV, mirror, and double closets with shelves and hanging space. The primary bathroom has twin apothecary sinks, a large walk-in shower, and a claw foot tub, each with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Extra toothbrushes, toothpaste, dental floss, razors, hair ties, cotton balls, deodorant, hairdryer, and more are located in a basket near the tub. The basement has a large game room with 60" LG TV, two-player arcade game with over 5,000 games, foosball table, game table and board games. There is also a laundry room with washer, dryer, and utility sink. Parking for 2 cars is available in the driveway located off James St. Additional parking may be available if needed. The backyard features a small patio with BBQ grill, umbrella table and seating. Enjoy a game of ping pong or conversation in the screened-in garage and game room, or get out the cornhole set and play a game on the lawn. Extra outdoor camp chairs are located in the laundry room. Other things to note We do not accept pets at this time.
