A valid government-issued ID is required for the primary guest. Guests must climb stairs to access the main living level, and all three bedrooms are located upstairs on the top floor. There are no bedrooms on the main living level. Please review the listing photos carefully and make sure the home's layout is appropriate for everyone in your group before booking. 🚗 Parking, Garage & Boats Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles maximum in the designated on-site parking areas. Street parking may be limited, so please plan accordingly. The garage is not available for guest use or vehicle parking during your stay. Boat trailer parking is available. If you plan to bring a boat or trailer, you must notify us prior to arrival so we can confirm parking arrangements. 👥 Registered Guests & Visitors All overnight guests must be included on the reservation, including children. Our rates and home preparation are based on the number of registered guests. Visitors are permitted only with prior approval. Please contact us before inviting anyone who is not included on your reservation to the property. Unauthorized visitors or unregistered overnight guests may result in additional charges or cancellation of the stay in accordance with our house rules. 🔇 Quiet Hours & Residential Neighborhood Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Rocky Ridge is located in an established residential neighborhood with full-time residents, families and pets nearby.
