Because the only thing better than a Lake Sinclair vacation is a Lake Sinclair vacation where someone else does the cooking. Respect for the facilities: Pool is SEASONAL MAY-SEPTEMBER. (The pool is not heated). Diving board removed due to insurance liability. We know safety matters too – especially when you’re traveling with loved ones. That’s why we’ve taken every precaution to ensure peace of mind during your stay: • Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed throughout the home. • A fire extinguisher and fire blanket are located in the kitchen as per fire code. • Pool door alarms and safety gate locks secure access from both the front yard to the backyard and from the deck to pool and lake areas. • Two lifesaver rings are provided – one at the pool deck and another at the lake dock. • A fully stocked first aid kit is conveniently located under the sink in the primary bathroom. • Five life vests are available. Please note they are only adult-sized; children must bring their own properly fitting life jackets. Additionally, security cameras are strategically placed outside to monitor entry points (front door entrance as well as all gates or door access points including carport) as well as overlooking backyard areas like the pool and lake for added safety. Cameras record video and sound but rest assured – there are no cameras or audio recorders indoors. Important Note: CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED BY AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES. There are no barriers between the home and water’s edge; all swimming and water activities are at your own risk. But safety doesn’t mean sacrificing comfort! Stay in and whip up a feast in our fully equipped kitchen: Dishwasher? Check! Microwave? You bet! Coffee maker with both K-cup and drip options? We’ve got you covered, caffeine addicts! Gather around the lake-facing dining table that seats eight and toast to the good life. Comfort? Rest assured that our carefully chosen bedding and towels will provide a hotel-like stay in a private home setting. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property with the exception of the two car garage area. Guests will not have access to the locked closet near the 2nd bathroom or the locked closet in the Master's room. Other things to note Other Details to Note: Hot tub is by reservation only. If you would like to reserve the hot tub please do so at the time of booking. Send us a message after booking. We will send the $250 additional fee to you at that time. There is an apartment above the garage at this property that is NOT rented during guests visits. This area is off-limits to guests. The kitchen counters can only be cleaned with the provided counter cleaner located under the kitchen sink. We do have a new pack n' play available to guest. Please be sure to bring your own sheets. Trash Pick up is every Wednesday. The outdoor trash bin is located outside the fence. If you decide to bring it closer to the property please be sure to put it back out at the road Tuesday evening OR before your departure. There is a charcoal grill. Bring your own charcoal. The grill must be cleaned out if used. The metal trash can is for the grill clean up. There is also a propane grill-Propane tank rental available ($50) – Skip the hassle and safety risk of traveling with your own. We’ve got one ready for grilling! Pool / Hot Tub / Lake Guidelines: Swimming in the pool, hot tub and lake area is at your OWN RISK! Access and Maintenance: Our dedicated pool service team visits every Wednesday to ensure a pristine swimming experience. They will service the Pool and Hot Tub during this visit. Please allow them unobstructed access to the pool area for efficient cleaning and maintenance. Pool Depth and Supervision: SWIMMING IS AT YOUR OWN RISK in both the pool and the lake areas The pool depth ranges from 3 feet to 9 feet at its deepest point. For the safety of our younger guests, children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times while in the pool and Lake area. Don’t let your friends Drink & Dive Hot Tub Age Requirement: To ensure a relaxing and enjoyable experience for all, the hot tub is reserved only for guests aged 18 and above. Pool Filler: An automatic pool filler is located at the deep end of the pool near the pool ladder and must remain operational at all times. Please do not attempt to remove or tamper with this essential equipment. Prohibited Items and Activities: Glass bottles and or glass drink-ware are strictly prohibited near or in the pool area to prevent potential hazards. Eating and drinking are not allowed inside the pool to maintain cleanliness. Diapers are strictly prohibited in the pool for hygienic reasons. Appropriate Swimwear: Younger children must wear appropriate swimwear designed for water activities to ensure their safety and comfort. Respect for the Facilities: We kindly ask all guests to respect and follow these guidelines to maintain a clean and enjoyable pool environment. In the event of any violations, an additional cleaning fee of $300 may be charged to cover the necessary maintenance.
