A sofa in the living room area can comfortably fit one adult or 2 smaller children. Sofa is not a pull-out queen but rather the back flattens to about the size of a double bed. The bathroom is light and bright with marble floors and a marble shower. No bathtub. Hairdryer is provided in the bathroom cabinet. There is a nice-sized galley kitchen with frige, stove, toaster and microwave. There is Keurig and complimentary coffee. The combined dining and living area is a wonderful gathering space for socializing. Both bedrooms are large with closets for hanging clothes. For extra convenience there is a laundry area with washer and dryer! Step outside to your off-street parking lot and walk up the driveway. You are steps away from Goodspeed Opera House. In addition, the apartment faces East so on a sunny day you will wake up to plenty of sun pouring into the apartment! Guest access The apartment has a lockbox with a key for entry. A code to the lockbox will be made in a message the day before arrival. Other things to note Extra linens, blankets and pillows are available on the shelves in the bedroom closets. Extra towels will be in the bathroom cabinet next to the sink.
