If any issues arise during your stay, we’ll do our best to address them quickly—just note that we are not on-site 24/7. 🛻 Parking The driveway fits 3–4 vehicles depending on size. Please do not block any part of the street. If you need extra parking, reach out and we’ll help make arrangements. Please beware of the steep drop next to the parking area. ⚠️ Accessibility Please be aware: Entry requires climbing 8–10 stairs. The road leading to the cottage includes a steep incline through the neighborhood. 🐾 Wildlife & Nature You’re in the heart of nature! Deer, squirrels, insects, and the occasional reptile are part of the local charm. Our home is treated regularly by a professional pest control service, but sightings can happen. Their presence does not qualify for a refund. If you're new to Tennessee, we recommend familiarizing yourself with local wildlife before arrival. 📷 Security An outdoor driveway camera is in use for guest verification and to ensure proper parking. No indoor surveillance. 🏡 House Rules 🚭 Be neighborly. Please don’t disturb neighbors or trespass onto their property. 🧗‍♂️ Deck Safety. Do not climb or sit on railings. Use ladders (like the one to the Loft) with caution—at your own risk. 🚣‍♀️ Amenity Use. Kayaks and other gear are provided for your enjoyment, but please use all amenities responsibly and at your own risk. 👨Booking Guest must be 21+ years old and present during the stay. 🚫 No parties 🚫 No smoking indoors (violations will incur a minimum $300 fee)
