Welcome to our modern and chic Cayucos cottage studio! Perched upon the hillsides of southern Cayucos, enjoy peek-a-boo ocean views of Estero Bay and Harmony Headlands, from your private patio space or from your newly remodeled gourmet kitchen, stocked with all the cooking essentials you need! This cottage is dog friedly with easy access to nearby trails and beach access. The space The perfect home base for your central coast adventures! This space is an ideal fit for two. The space is small but perfect to enjoy as your home base as you explore. The cottage includes two dedicated parking spaces - one snug driveway spot and a convenient street parking space just steps from the entrance. Guests are welcome to use the EV charger upon request. As you enter our newly renovated modern yet cozy, bright cottage, enjoy peek-a-boo ocean views from the kitchen and living space while cozying up next to the electric fireplace. Our living room is the perfect space to relax while reading next to the fire or watching your favorite TV programs in the plush modern leather lounge chairs. A fully stocked, state-of-the-art, kitchen with new appliances, and a convenient washer/dryer combo provide the perfect space to cook any meal. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee (or locally provided tea) at our kitchen table for two, out at the bistro table on the front patio, or take it to go while walking your pup down to the beach! Turning to the bedroom space, enjoy the convenient Murphey Bed setup, allowing for a super cozy and comfortable sleep at night, yet maximing space during the day. Turn on the in-suite electric fireplace to take the chill out of the coastal air, while relaxing and ending your day. The studio offers a bathroom conveniently located next to the bedroom space and features a spacious rain shower with a modern aesthetic. Stepping out to your front patio, enjoy your own private modern succulent garden space, backdroped with ocean views. From the patio space you are only minutes away to nearby trailheads, spanning to dozens of miles of open space and only a short walk to nearby dog-friendly beach entrances. We live on the property above the cottage with our dog and are generally available in case guests require anything. The cottage is located under the top unit’s deck, but does not share any walls. Guest access Parking - Please park in the designated parking space in the driveway next to the cottage. If additional parking is needed, there is a convenient oversized street parking space in front of the cottage that is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Other things to note Cancellation and Refunds - We do not offer cancellations, rescheduling, or refunds due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control. To safeguard your trip, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover potential disruptions. Transparent Fees The following additional fees may apply and will be processed at the time of booking or upon request: - EV Charger Usage: A $50 flat fee applies for using the EV charger during your stay. Additional Cleaning Fees - The standard cleaning fee covers routine turnover cleaning only. If the property requires excessive cleaning due to unusual messiness, spills, stains, or additional trash removal, we reserve the right to charge additional cleaning fees. Extra cleaning time will be billed at a rate starting at $100 per hour. Damages Fees - We reserve the right to charge for damages to linens, bedding, or blankets exceeding normal wear and tear. Fees range from $50 to $200+, depending on the cost of material replacement and the severity of the damage. Additional labor or service charges may apply in certain cases. (These fees reflect direct pass-through costs to cleaners and utilities. Thank you for your understanding.) Late Check-Out Policy To provide a seamless experience for all guests, we maintain a strict check-out time of 10:00 AM. Adhering to this time is vital for allowing our team to prepare the space for the next guests. - Late check-outs without prior approval may incur a fee starting at $100 per hour, with variations based on the season and disruption caused. - By booking with us, guests agree to this policy and our check-out instructions. We appreciate your cooperation and respect for this policy. Holiday Lights - During the holiday seasons (Halloween and Christmas), we decorate the property with festive lights to enhance the seasonal ambiance. These lights operate on a timer but can be turned off upon request during your stay. Just let us know, and we’ll be happy to accommodate! :) Pets - We allow up to two dogs per stay. We do not allow cats, or any other type of pets.
