Other things to note We’re happy to welcome well-behaved pets (Flat fee of $99 per pet). To help keep the space clean and comfortable for all guests, we kindly ask that you: • Place a sheet or blanket on any furniture your pet may sit on — this greatly reduces shedding and keeps things tidy. • Clean up after your pet both inside and outside the property, including the yard and surrounding areas. Please note: If excessive pet hair is left behind or our cleaners need to remove pet waste from the home or outdoor areas, an additional cleaning fee will apply. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
