Relax on the back deck over looking the water. Get comfy with 3 smart TVs. Fully stocked kitchen with cookware, crockpot, keurig, drip coffee maker, expresso machine, air fryer and ninja. BBQ grill with propane tank on site. Lake life is the best life. The space Bilevel/Split level home. Steps required. Not handicap accessible. Starting Nov 1, 2024…30 day minimum required. Three bedrooms, 2 full bath home (1 king, 2 queens). Walkout upper level with deck and walkout lower level with a larger deck. The kitchen has seating at the island for 2 and a dining table that seats 4. The kitchen connects to the living area with a flat screen, Roku, dvds and dvd player. Water and nature views from nearly every room. The lower level is newly carpeted, walkout and open floor plan. The living area is equipped with a Roku TV. If you’re into fitness, there’s a yoga mat, bands and free weights, perfect for a sunrise or sunset yoga, stretch session. Bedroom 1: King Bed and TV Bedroom 2: Queen Bed Bedroom 3: Queen Bed OUTDOOR LIVING: Gather on the back deck, play yard games in the yard, fish off the dock, BBQ on the gas grill or just relax and watch the boats pass by. This lakeside retreat is set for relaxation and adventure! INDOOR LIVING: Enjoy 3 flat-screen TVs with firestick, a large selection of dvds, family games and cards – perfect for a cozy night in. KITCHEN: Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. For the coffee lovers we have a drip coffee maker, Keurig, and expresso machine. All take fresh ground coffee that will be provided. Also available is a toaster, air fryer, ninja blender, crockpot, oven, microwave, full-size fridge with ice maker and dishwasher. GENERAL: Free WiFi, linens and towels provided. Each bathroom is stocked with toilet paper. Laundry available upon request and for long stays. Keep cool with central A/C, ensuring a comfortable stay. FAQ: Quiet hours (9 PM - 8 AM), stairs required to access. No parking in the street, please do not use neighbors drive away to turn around, there is a turn around at the end of the street. No diving off the dock. You can bring a boat and use the dock but ALL boats unregistered to owner MUST be pulled out at night. There is a township ordinance that prevents unregistered boats to be left at the dock over night. Boat rental in available at Ponemah Marina. PARKING: All guest MUST park in the driveway (4 vehicles). Boat trailer parking can be discussed. Guest access Front door. Code access. Check in 3pm, check out 11am. Other things to note ** We have a dock you may use during the day, unless you register your boat to the address. Boat rental is available at Ponemah Marina. Per township rules, NO BOATS ALLOWED OVER NIGHT AT THE DOCK that are unregistered. DNR public boat launch is 1 mile away. You can park the boat and trailer in the driveway during your stay. All guest vehicles must be parked in the driveway. The house is located on a canal that's 9ft deep. There can be unexpected logs, etc. Drive your boat with care and check out the area slowly. The channel is NO WAKE. Lots of wildlife to enjoy such as beavers, turtles, cranes, and deer on your way out to the lake. If you don’t have a boat, this home It is perfect for fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding or just watching the boats float by from the patio/deck. The home is a 5 minute boat ride and 10 minute kayak paddle to the open water. **The waterfront is 9ft deep. All children must be supervised by an adult and wear a life jacket near the water at all times. **We do provide a gas grill. It's there for you to use. We don’t always check the tank and we do not come and refill it for you during your stay. There's a gas station up the road to refill the tank if needed. If you need help carrying the tank or connecting the tank please let us know. We do provide hot mitts and grilling utensils in the kitchen. **This is our second home that we enjoy sharing with others when we are not there. Please respect and be kind to our home and neighbors so we can continue to offer it up to guests in the future. Things todo: If you're looking for a new, cute town to check out, Fenton will not disappoint. The home is a quick 5 minutes to the growing and beautiful downtown Fenton and 8 minutes to Downtown Linden. 20 minutes to Flint airport, 20 minutes to 3 hospitals and 55 minutes to DTW.
