Rinse the beach day away in our large outdoor shower. The space A lot of love and thought was put into creating a cozy, welcoming environment for our guests. We are just minutes from the closest boat ramp to enjoy a day island hopping on the beautiful sound! Entering "Mermaid by the Bay" you will see: -open kitchen, living and dining room with smart tv's throughout where you can sign into your own account, just please don't forget to sign back out. -fully stocked kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee pot + Keurig, coffee creamer, specialty coffee syrups, oils + spices -starter dishwashing pods, laundry pods, toilet paper and paper towels. -3 spacious bedrooms with cozy comforters and throw blankets with extras available in closets. Two bedrooms feature blackout shades and curtains. -2 full bathrooms stocked with shampoo, conditioner and bodywash, towels, hand towels and washcloths. -fenced in backyard that is beautifully landscaped. -large outdoor shower -family style picnic table under the covered space. -grill with propane -fish cleaning station -outdoor beverage fridge -string lights in backyard covered space. -additional hang out spaces with covered, screened front porch and a deck off master bedroom. Things that are included: -sheets/comforters/blankets - luggage racks in master + queen bed room -bath towels, hand towels, washcloths -starter toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing pods and laundry pods. -shampoo/conditioner/bodywash -starter coffee with creamer and sweeteners -blow-dryer -grill with propane -in house washer/dryer Guest access You have access to the entire property. The driveway easily fits 4 cars. No parking in yard. We offer 4 beach chairs and a beach cart for your use. We will provide any additional rental info should you want some other things during your stay. You will receive a door code with check-in instructions once you book, to access the property. Other things to note While we are pet friendly, there is $125 pet fee for the first pet and $25 per extra pet! Keep in mind that this is our home, and we kindly ask that you clean up after your pet. We offer pet waste bags in backyard. Trash pickup is Tuesdays and Fridays, please roll the cans out the night before. We are just a quick 3-minute drive or 5-minute bike to the closest public beach access. A quick walk with a cocktail or mocktail to watch the most gorgeous sunsets. Must be 21+ to book and stay!
