Situated just a short distance from the sandy shores of Lake Michigan, this beautifully decorated has everything you’re looking for in a relaxing getaway. The New Buffalo Public Beach is 1.6 miles west of the house and has a good sized parking lot so you can have beach fun also! Step inside into an inviting, open-concept main floor, in which the living, dining, and kitchen areas connect together seamlessly, creating the ideal space for entertaining or unwinding after a day at the beach. The living room features plush seating arranged around a cozy fireplace and a flat screen TV, perfect for cozying up on cooler evenings. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and ample counter space, making meal prep a snap! Adjacent to the main living area is a charming sunroom, full of natural light and comfortable seating, the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or curl up with a good book. The home has four bedrooms each outfitted with a luxurious king-sized bed so everyone will have their own private sanctuary to retreat to at the end of the day and can enjoy watching your favorite show since each room has their own TV also. The main floor features a primary suite with a full ensuite bathroom. Upstairs are three more bedrooms, two of which have direct bathroom access. Head outside to the private fenced-in backyard to use the gas grill or soak up the sunshine while the kids play safely. The amenities don't stop there – guests of this home also have access to a community indoor pool and hot tub, providing year-round fun for the whole family. Whether you're looking to swim laps or simply splash around, the shared indoor association pool and hot tub offer a welcome respite from the summer heat or a cozy retreat on cooler days.  Please note:  the pool and hot tub are housed in the association community building which is approx 500 feet from the house.  You can walk or drive. Take a short walk over to the highschool and you have acces to tennis and pickelball courts, basketball courts, track, walking paths, playground, baseball fields, sledding hill.   When it's time to hit the beach, you're just minutes away from the pristine shores of Lake Michigan, where you can swim, sunbathe, or build sandcastles to your heart's content! Pool Location: The indoor pool, hot tub, gym and common area is approximately 400 feet from the house.  It is a short walk on the association sidewalks.  You will need to bring the keycard from the house to provide access. Parking There is parking for four cars, all cars must be in the driveway please as no street parking is allowed by the HOA. Beach Access The New Buffalo Public Beach is 1.6 miles northwest of the house and has a good sized parking lot.  Coffee Options (in-home) Keurig  Drip coffee pot French press Grilling and chilling There is a gas grill in the backyard, please keep it covered when not in use. We supply the propane. Do we have access to the association amenities? Yes, indoor pool, hot tub, common space and gym.  Use is outlined by the hours and rules the association keeps for the common space. We seem to be close to downtown.  Can we walk? Yes, you can walk.  We suggest walking Clay St. to Whittaker and then towards the lake.  Walking along US 12 would not be recommended. Washer/ Dryer There is a private washer and dryer in the main floor laundry room Anything else to do around the house? You are very close to the high school.  You could walk there to enjoy the basketball court, tennis courts, pickleball court, skate park, track, baseball fields, playground, sledding hill, walking paths.  And of course, there is the public beach, downtown, splash park and everything else this area offers!
