The space Layout of Casa Puig Campana: A stately wrought iron gate gives access to the complex. Immediately on the left is the building where Casa Puig Campana awaits you. An elevator takes you to the penthouse. When you arrive on the top floor, the front door opens and you enter the apartment past the kitchen. THE MODERN OPEN KITCHEN is arranged in a corner and is extremely practical. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, dishwasher, a large induction hob, steam oven, kettle, toaster, classic coffee maker as well as a dolce gusto coffee maker. Nicely integrated into this open plan kitchen is the dining area for 4+2 guests. Next to the front door and opposite the kitchen there is also a separate storage room, which also houses the freezer. Between the kitchenette and the dining area, there is a door that gives access to the dining area on the terrace, which is particularly convenient. Next to the dining area is the inviting LIVING SPACE, with a spacious and comfortable sofa and two cozy seating areas, grouped around the widescreen TV, equipped with a Chromecast, so you can easily watch all your usual streaming services. Surrounded by windows, this living space is particularly light and airy, an effect enhanced by the warm and cozy decor. A side door leads from the living space to the outdoor area, with its lounge terrace. In addition to the living space, there are TWO BEDROOMS AND AN EN SUITE BATHROOM. All bedrooms have their own closets, shutters, air conditioning and comfortable beds with beautiful linens. There is a room with double bed and dressing room, plus a private bathroom with shower and toilet. By the way, this room has a very nice south-facing roof terrace with sea view. The second room has a pull-out bed that can serve as a single or double bed as desired. A SEPARATE GUEST TOILET also houses the laundry room and features a washer and dryer, elegantly tucked away behind sliding doors. In the middle of the open plan living room, between the living space and the dining area, stairs lead to the top floor. Here is the delightful private suite, featuring the spacious MASTER BEDROOM and a comfortable en suite bathroom with both tub and walk-in shower. The bedroom also has a private sun terrace, with phenomenal views over the impressive skyline of Benidorm. The large open roof terrace runs the entire width of the house, in addition to the living room and kitchen. The view of the Puig Campana, the mountain to which the house owes its name, is truly never boring. The open roof terrace has a wonderful orientation thanks to an angle of more than 180 degrees. This provides a unique and wide panorama. It also means that you can enjoy the sunrise on the sea in the morning, and the sunset behind the mountains in the evening.
