Upon entering the main level, you will find a kitchen with a small dining space, a living room, a bathroom with a washer and dryer, and a primary bedroom with a workspace if you intend to work during your stay. There are two slider doors leading onto a large sunroom, which features a large dining table, seating games, and an amazing view of Lake Winnisquam. There are two bedrooms upstairs, each with a TV, one with a full-size bed and the other with two bunk beds. A full bathroom is also located on the second floor. On the basement level, there is a garage door for boats or trailers, there is equipment to enjoy the water as well. Additionally, there is a half bath with a second washer and dryer. You can head outside from the basement level. Where you can hang out on the patio area, enjoy the green grassy yard, grill some of your favorite meals, or walk down the few granite steps to the private sandy beach area. Bring your boat and dock it just steps away from the home. Have a fire and roast some smores at the firepit overlooking the Lake! Please note: This is a dog friendly home! There is a pet agreement that will need to be signed prior to arrival and a pet fee will be added to your reservation as well. Sheets and towels are included in this rental.
