The space Garage has been converted into game room with mini ping-pong table, Pac-man, and old school Super Nintendo with 23 preloaded games, Fun for all ages! In the neighborhood you will find Southbeach Park and Sunshine Playground which features basketball court, amazing skate park, beach volleyball and more. A few steps down the street you will find Cradle Creek Preserve, a great place to hike. There are plenty of options for dining, drinking and shopping just minutes away.
