Our Lodge sleeps up to 35 people with 3 large living rooms. Want to host a Wedding, Reunion, Family Get Away, or Corporate Event,This home can handle it! Great for Chefs who want to try out the Commercial Viking Stove,Sportsman and hiking.We have hundreds of acres.including our pond with Covered Bridge. Mountain biking, Cross Country Skiing Snowmobiling and ATVs and our Boat Swing Set for Kids Boating and Swimming in reservoir. Salmon fishing and Salmon river falls close by. Come join the Fun!! The space We have lots of activities for Guests Staying at our Lodge * Salmon Fishing is approximately 20 minutes away in Pulaski, NY We do have a fresh water pond that kids can fish in on property. No Swimming Allowed. *Snowmobiling with access from our property to hundreds of miles of trails. Snowmobile rentals available at designated dealers. *Atv Trails available must purchase a 3 day or season permit. Atv Rentals available at designated dealers. . There is a detailed map of trails allowed online Please contact us for links to Trail Maps and Permit information *Hiking / Cross Country Skiing. We offer hundreds of acres on our property and state land. * Gourmet Commercial Viking Stove with Convection oven for for the Chef in You *Our beautiful Gazebos are placed at the pond and on top of the hill for gorgeous views. Great for Weddings, Reunions, Family get to gethers and Corporate Events. * We have two firepits. The first one is on the deck and is propane. The second is by the pond with Wood available for easy fires. * If you like Bird watching or painting this is a wonderful place to be. *Hunting available on State Lands Next door and in many areas in the County. Map online. Must have NY Hunting Permit. No hunting on Property. *Local Cook available to cook breakfast and or dinner and as many days as you like. She is a lovely woman and don't forget to get her incredible Pies. We will gladly give you her number and email to make arrangements. directly with her. Guest access The whole house is available except for the basement. The Barn and Garage are not included in the Rental. You are welcome to use the hundreds of acres of our property for Hiking , Cross Country skiing. We do ask that Atv's connect to trails off our property. Snowmobiles can connect through our property for main trails. We ask that you do not swim in the pond. We do want you to have a wonderful adventurous time and Enjoy Nature. Other things to note Please note after 16 guests we charge 14 .00 per person per night. Please do not charge electric vehicles at the lodge..we have a full house generator that tests at different times per week and could be damaged if goes online when charging. Contact us for an electric car station nearby. Please do not take towels outside the lodge for swimming etc these are to be used in the lodge only. We want everyone to have an enjoyable time at the lodge !
