Other things to note Cooling: The home is cooled by a mini-split A/C system in the main living area and window A/C units in the two main-floor bedrooms. The basement level does not have a dedicated A/C unit but naturally stays cooler. Laundry: A full-size washer and dryer are available for your use. Security: For your safety and the security of the property, exterior security cameras are located on the premises. These cameras monitor the exterior of the property only and there are no cameras inside.
