Other things to note Cooling: The living room has a mini-split A/C and the two main-floor bedrooms have window A/C units from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The basement level does not have an A/C unit but naturally stays cooler. Laundry: A full-size washer and dryer are available for your use. Security: For your safety and the security of the property, exterior security cameras are located on the premises. These cameras monitor the exterior of the property only and there are no cameras inside.
