This quaint chalet is 25 miles from Mackinaw City and Mackinaw Island boat docks. The space This home is across the street from Mullett Lake and has a fully stocked kitchen, open concept dinning room and living room. The Master bedroom is on the first floor and has a sliding glass door that opens to the back deck where there is an outdoor table and chairs for outside dining. The upstairs has a loft with daybed and trundle that overlooks the living room, 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a second full bathroom. There is a one car garage accessible to guests with an extra refrigerator and various beach, fishing, cross country skis and snow gear for guests to use. Guest access Guests have full access to the property including the garage with the exception of 1 closet and 1 laundry room cupboard for housekeeping. Other things to note This lake house is across the street from Mullett Lake and has some beautiful sunrise views. The house and well on the property are old. Though the well will keep up with normal showers usage, It cannot several loads of laundry and long showers in the same day. Quests will want to be mindful of their water usage. As Northern Michigan generally doesn’t have hot weather until later in the summer. The Air conditions are put in the windows mid June - mid September.
