The space The apartment of 70m2 is located in the privileged urbanization Roques Daurades de l'Ametlla de Mar facing the sea only 2km from the town center, 45km from Port Aventura and 22km from Reus Airport. It is located on the third floor with an elevator and has a terrace with outdoor furniture and side views of the sea, in addition to a multitude of community spaces such as swimming pool for adults and children, paddle tennis and pickleball court, basketball court, children's playground and small supermarket. The two bedrooms have a double bed each, as well as a sofa bed for one extra guest in the living room.
