Relax at our lakeside home located at the 3.5 mm in the Grand Glaize arm, just passed Lazy Days. Our cove offers a low traffic, no wake spot to float, kayak, paddleboard & dock your boat. We're just a quick boat ride to the scenic state park or the excitement of the restaurants & bars. Enjoy your morning coffee on the screened in upper deck listening to the birds, hangout & fish off the dock, & close the night with a movie on the lower deck. Everything you need for a memorable LOZ trip! The space This home has 4 bedrooms, 1 with a king mattress and the rest with queens (even the bunk beds are queens)! There is also a full size sofa bed in the main level and lower level living rooms. Guest access We provide a code to the wifi connected door lock system. Other things to note There will be times when our boat is left on it's lift at the dock. There's still plenty of space to hangout on the dock, or in the 10'x24' boat slip. If you plan to bring more than one boat, you can tie up on the side of the dock. We're in the back of the cove with almost no wind or waves. We've had as many as three 30'+ boats tied on the side of the dock. Please let us know what type of boat you're bringing, and we'll let you know the best way to tie it up during your stay. There may be times when we come down to take our boats out for the day on the water. We’ll always give guests advance notice if we plan to take a boat, and we will not hang out on the dock during that time.
